In my previous roles, I have successfully maximised profits, achieving an average ROI of 20%
I have been a Project Manager for ECC Renovations since 2016, ensuring that all the different elements of renovations projects are brought together, with phases of work completed efficiently and within a predefined budget.
In my previous role as Director for Estate Agency and Property Developers in London, I worked with a business partner and sub-contractors on property development, completely stripping, refurbishing and reselling properties. My responsibilities included setting up the business, project managing building works, managing sub-contractors, and following a strict budget. In doing so, I have successfully maximised profits, achieving an average ROI of 20.3%.
Previous to my career in real estate, I worked in two subsequent roles for Morgan Stanley in Zurich, Switzerland – firstly in Private Wealth Management where I shared responsibility for all Swiss-based discretionary accounts, followed by a position for the International Equities Department where I worked as a research assistant.
I have seven years of high-level and hands-on experience in real estate and a Diploma in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Leeds.
