About my company:

I have been the Managing Director and Owner of Nordic Homeworx, a company specialising in the supply and installation of Kährs wood flooring from Sweden in the UAE and Middle East, since early 2006. Establishing Nordic Homeworx as the exclusive UAE and Middle East representative
for Kährs of Sweden, one of the oldest manufacturer of wood floors in the world established in 1857, was an obvious choice. Being Swedish myself, I wanted to represent a strong brand of Swedish wood flooring that had a perfect balance of style and substance, with products of the highest quality and a strong focus on sustainability. I would like to invite you to our beautiful showroom in Sidra Tower for a cup of coffee and share with you how our beautiful wood flooring can bring nature into your home.

About me:

With a strong international interest since an early age, I moved as a fresh High School graduate to Geneva, Switzerland. I then moved back to Sweden and graduated with a Masters Degree in Business with a Major in Marketing from Luleå University in 1997. Upon graduation, I began
working for Ericsson, with focus on the MENA market. My work at Ericsson enabled me to travel and learn about both the cultural and business aspects within the MENA region.My husband’s company brought us to live in the Middle East in 1999, when we were relocated to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After several years living in the Middle East, I decided to convert my personal passion for wood flooring into a fully-fledged Dubai-based business in 2006. My greatest wish is to be a role model for my four daughters, hoping my achievements will inspire them to become strong women in both their careers and private lives. It is through hard work and perseverance that I am fortunate enough to have built a successful business together with my amazing team at Nordic Homeworx.
