ABOUT MY COMPANY:

Opened in August 2016, Oceanwide Logistics Dubai is the newest addition to OL Holdings USA, with 15 offices throughout the USA; Canada, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and South Africa.  We are also part of a global agency network, giving us access to over 110 countries and experienced agents.

Our core strength in this hugely competitive market is good solid customer relations and this stems also from a very good team environment within our office. We are multinational which allows us to better assist and communicate with the many nationalities in the UAE and are always striving to serve the client better.

ABOUT ME:

After growing up in Felixstowe, UK my career choice seemed a logical one.  I have worked in HM Customs & Excise, accounting, imports, exports, road haulage and also a shipping Line, finally choosing freight forwarding as my career of choice.  I was employed as General Manager by an American firm to run their UK office, a position I held for 10 years.

In 2011, my husband and family moved to Dubai in order to explore other opportunities and further our careers.  To this end, I was able to set-up a freight forwarding company, creating a very successful office from 2011 through 2016.

Which brings me to my current position at Oceanwide Logistics. I am proud that my team followed me to OL and its thanks to their commitment and support that we have achieved so much in such a little amount of time.  I look forward to the future, continuing to expand our brand in the UAE and globally.
