ABOUT MY COMPANY

Over the last 30 years, Cracknell has developed to become one of the leading international landscape architecture, planning, and urban design practices in the world. Founded in 1987, the company has completed numerous projects in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Currently, we employ 220 people across our 5 offices in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat and have built our reputation on delivering world-class, unique and practical design solutions, underpinned by a company ethos that is focused on quality, project delivery and commitment to our clients.

Celebrating our 30th anniversary, our move to Dubai Design District (d3) represents a significant landmark in Cracknell’s progression and is a direct reflection of the significant talents and achievements of our practice. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of our industry,
whether for an iconic development or a community park and always with an emphasis on the human experience.

In 1985 an opportunity arose for me to come to Dubai which I jumped at. I am very proud that from our humble beginnings Cracknell has
grown to be the company it is

ABOUT ME:

After completing my Masters in Landscape Architecture my first job was working on the King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This set me on the Middle East path! Returning to the UK I worked for several years in London and then in 1985, an opportunity arose for me to come to Dubai which I jumped at. After two years in Dubai I left to establish Cracknell, initially in London and then in 1993 I moved back to Dubai to set up the office here.

I am very proud that from our humble beginnings Cracknell has grown to be the company it is and look forward to continuing to expand the Practice with an office in China.
